Right to withdraw

If you're a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your Premium subscription or Wipe Pass purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, inform us - KAYDINI Software, Marcel Jahn, Brockendorfer Weg 9, 50189 Elsdorf, Germany, [email protected] - of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. an email). You can use the model withdrawal form below, but you don't have to. To meet the deadline, it's enough to send your withdrawal notice before the 14-day period expires.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw, we'll reimburse the payments we have received from you in full, without undue delay, and at the latest within 14 days after we're informed of your withdrawal. We'll use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise; you won't be charged any fees for the reimbursement. We don't charge for the time you used the service before withdrawing, even though it starts right away when you subscribe or purchase a Wipe Pass.
